During discovery, it was crucial that we worked together to outline Horizons West’s key personas and customer funnels for the website’s landing page strategy. Once finalised, these personas formed the basis for keyword research, copywriting and design.
Next came design. The design was simplistic, taking a panelled approach to convey clear and concise copy, whilst highlighting their safety and reputation amongst the Perth community.
Conditional logic was then applied to enquiry forms depending on the landing page and persona which substantially increased enquiries and conversion as a result.
